BEST is a non-profit-making, non-political organization, the philosophy of which is, since
1988, "to promote Europe among Europeans". More precisely, BEST aims to reach and fulfill the
needs of the European engineering students, in the fields of exchange, information education and
culture. Therefore BEST aims to take its members work together on activities, to make them
communicate through cultural barriers, to make them create an European composite spirit, made up of
the different cultures-the BEST Spirit.
